What is TNR?

TNR is short for Trap-Neuter-Return. TNR involves humanely trapping feral cats, providing them with veterinary care including vaccinations, neutering or spaying, and returning them to the location where they were trapped if it is determined that they cannot tamed (feral cats).

TNR programs have been established by rescue organizations throughout the United States. TNR stops the breeding cycle of cats, and improves their lives, vs the alternative in-humane removal and killing of outdoor cats. When cats are returned their colonies, a community colony caretaker should be established. This in an individual or group of citizens who manages one or more colonies in their community by providing food, water and shelters.  

Where are you located, and do you have a storefront?

Miau Miau Clothing Co. is located in Plymouth, MI. Currently we do not have a storefront, and are online only.

What are your customer service hours?

Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond to issues submitted through the "Contact Us" link.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted, as well as Paypal. 

Can we use more than one discount at checkout?

We can only accept 1 discount per checkout. 

When will I be charged for the order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. This is how the website payment platform functions. 

Why am I seeing multiple charges on my bank account but have not finalized the order?

Banks typically handle credit card transactions to ensure there are sufficient funds and the account authenticity. This type of authorization(s) should clear in 48 to 72 hours depending on the bank. You can contact your bank of the issuing credit card used to see if the verification and transaction can be sped up.  

When will my order be shipped?

We will make every attempt to process orders within 7 days, or sooner after receipt. If the item is in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for order to process. If there is an overwhelming demand, please allow us time to fulfill the order. We ask for your patience as we open the store. We promise to do our best, and assure you the cause is worth it for the cats! 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

Which shipping carrier is used?

Currently we use USPS. Once additional providers are added we will advise. Please also note that USPS does not guarantee delivery within 3-6 days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once an order is shipped a tracking number will be provided. It may take 24 hours for the tracking number to register.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however exchanges and returns are not available outside the United States. Please be sure you are order the correct size upon checkout. Size charts are available in the site.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world. Shipping prices are calculated based on cost to our store. International orders may take a few weeks to arrive, due to regulations and customs. We apologize for any delay. 

What about international duties and fees?

Customers are responsible for all international duties and fees. Please keep these additional costs in mind when ordering internationally. 

Will a tracking number and notice be sent when the order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number included. It will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please be aware the order number is separate from a shipping tracking number. It may also take 24 hours for a tracking number to show any updated data on the USPS website. 

What if I receive a wrong item?

Please contact us through the "Contact Us" link on our website within 3 days of receipt. Please provide your name, email, and phone number and provide a message about the issue, so we can discuss how we can resolve immediately. Please note that exchanges and returns are not offered outside the United States.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. We can accommodate size and defective item exchanges. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. We cannot provide exchanges for items that are of greater value than what was purchased. *Please note that all items must be unwashed, undamaged, no make-up or deodorant stains, or we will not accept the exchange. Please also protect the merchandise appropriately during return shipping. Please note that exchanges and returns are not offered outside the United States.
